Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Doula
Amanda is a proud mother of three and knows first-hand the importance of a well informed and positively supported birth experience. All three of her birthing stories are vastly different but two left her feeling defeated and unsettled. Knowing exactly what she didn’t want to experience for her next birth, she put together a support team to help her achieve an empowered birth experience that left her feeling ignited and wanting to positively impact other women’s lives. With a background in Holistic Nutrition, Amanda educates her clients to focus on a balanced lifestyle during both pregnancy and postpartum. She lives in Oro-Medonte with her husband and children.
